As the owner and landloard, you will always deal directly with me if you have questions or have a rental problem. Once you rent from me, we will communicate via text messaging directly with each other, no confusing middleman. Sometimes my wife will also help.

What houses are currently available for rent?

I am adding new properties regularly, both for short term fully furnished locations and for normal 1 year, 2 year and 3 year lease terms. Contact me to find out current availability. Real Estate Agents welcomed to show properties for the clients, I pay 1 month's rent as commission.

What forms of payment do I accept?

For short term rentals I accept Visa or Mastercard. For leases 1 year or longer I accept Visa, Mastercard, and ACH transfers.

Where are my rental properties?

I have houses, townhomes and condos mainly in the Houston, Texas metro area, and some in the greater Los Angeles, California area.
